What is Laneo?
Laneo is a parking platform for apartment communities: resident permits by plate, paid guest parking with free hours per unit, and live plate lookup for your enforcement partner.
Does the property pay a subscription?
No. The property pays no subscription. Residents pay $2 a month or less per vehicle. The one-time setup and the guest revenue share are set out in your proposal. Prices exclude sales tax.
When do residents start paying?
At move-in or lease renewal, whichever comes first.
How do guests park?
Guests scan the QR sign at the entrance or open a link from the resident they’re visiting, enter their plate and use the free hours your property sets. Extra hours are paid at your hourly rate.
Who decides when a car is towed?
Your property and its licensed towing partner. Laneo provides the software: live plate lookup, close-match flags and a full audit trail.
